Answer
·  What is GFP?

GFP is a software that aid its user to manage her/him personal finances. To do so, it’s necessary to provide some information, like about what account you desire to control, registry all income and expenses to these accounts; and as a result GFP will show many information as charts and reports.

Actually is known that GFP can be used on any Linux distribution or Windows that supports Java. We still don’t have opportunity to test GFP on Mac, if some one is using GFP on that OS or would like to do so, we ask to contact the development team.

·  GFP is Not Working is not working on MacOS X 10.2?

============================
Java for MacOS X is written by Apple (the Windows,
Linux and Solaris versions are written by Sun
Microsystems, makers of Java).  Apple wants to sell
you a new version of MacOS X.  Consequently, they have
little interest in providing support for older
versions.

GFP requires JRE 1.5.  This is available for MacOS X
10.4 (the latest).  I don't know if it is available
for 10.3, but I do know that MacOS X 10.2 (what I
have) only has Java 1.4.1 and Apple has no plans to
make Java 1.5 available for 10.2.

So, while GFP is written in Java, and there's no
reason that it would not run on any machine with a JRE
1.5, it doesn't run on MacOS X 10.2, simply because
nobody makes a JRE 1.5 for MacOS X 10.2.
