GFP 0.7.0-RC1 Relelased

It is a Release Candidate, it means that we have no intentions
to add more features to this release. These are the new
features for 0.7.0 that this release cover.
In this release we have a plugin that will aid user on posting
support requests for GFP Team.
This is a quite stable release with possible minor/annoying
bugs, please if you find any of these bugs post a bug report
asap, so we can fix it before launch the final release.
